You can send us an e-mail with text and pictures of your food or take a picture of your recipe and food and send it to our email address, which is visit@masrecipes.com
You can read about our rules and regulations at MasRecipes.com by pressing the link MasRecipes.com rules and regulations.
Once it is done you press ”send”.
As soon as the recipe is received and we have approved it, it is on the page.
